«I’m interested in working the buildings, views, fragments, layers and parts which make up the city around me. This is the visual meeting that I’ll do and make for my paintings and collages.

Each work results of a construction-deconstruction-construction of the visual elements surrounding me. Colour defines shapes, planes and lines that construct the space, which appears as a multiplied, fractured and expandable element.

The construction presented is not a real city or imagined city. They are, instead, a reconstruction of fragments of an interior idea of a city and place. This juxtaposition leads to a rhythm that begins in the memory of the constructed image, looking for another instance and allowing the unfolding of reality.»
